The Journey
A real estate agency founded on a road trip, I-70 is all about the journey. This is demonstrated through the layout of type. This can be seen on the business card as the type zig-zags. On the website, a figure 8 is formed, mimicking a junction.

The Sign
Signs provide both navigation and information. Capitalised, monospace type is indicative of that used on interstate signage. In addition to this, the brandmark forms a 'for sale' sign as well as the I-70 monogram.
